In March 2010, we launched our renewed standards. In developing these standards, a comprehensive process was undertaken. This entailed:
- completing research into expectations and best practices around the world.
- a comparison of current standards from different organizations in Canada, the U.S., the U.K, Australia, New Zealand and other jurisdictions.
- surveys and interviews with the people who will use them. These standards have been organized into the keystone and cornerstones of high quality services.
